RETURN POLICY
In our store www. papadellis. com. gr, we want you to have a pleasant online experience, which is why we adhere to a flexible returns policy in accordance with existing legislation and the terms of the agencies of the products we sell.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and more specifically:
In order for a return to be accepted, there must be a proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice) and the product must be in its original condition, i. e:
1. The product must be in its original condition, not having been used in any way.
2. It must have its complete original packaging and the packaging must be intact (closed).
3. the packaging has not been damaged/altered.
In this case, the customer, at his own expense, takes care of sending the product to the store so that it can be credited to him
In any case of returning a product, the customer is responsible for its non-loss and safe return to the company. For this reason, it is advisable to choose reliable and responsible means of delivery (courier, agencies, registered mail via ELTA).
Defective products
In case the product presents a functional problem during the first 7 days, the customer should necessarily contact our store and after the problem has been identified by the company-supplier of the product by an authorized technician from the respective agency to exclude the possibility of improper use and give its approval, then it is replaced. The shipping costs in this case are borne by the company.
After 7 days, replacement of defective products is only possible after examination, confirmation and approval by an authorized service of the respective official Greek dealership.
Please note that the return shipping costs are charged to our store in case of defective products (within the first 7 days of receipt) or our own error, while in any other case the return costs are charged to the customer.
Wrong mission
In case of incorrect product shipment by the Company or its suppliers-partners, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unopened and returned intact. In this case, the return costs are borne by the company and the shipment of the correct product is charged to the company.
Damaged
We recommend that you check the products upon receipt, that they are sealed and the packaging is intact with no visible defects.
For the areas of Lesvos where delivery is made by a truck and employees of our store, all devices are unpacked and checked by the customer before signing the receipt. In the event of a hit, the product is collected on the spot for return. Report of a hit after our carriers have been picked up and removed cannot be accepted.
If a transport agency is involved, the customer must open and check the product before signing the delivery note, so as not to share the responsibility of a potentially damaged product. The company is obliged to settle the matter in consultation with the agency and the supplying company. The customer, if he has not signed, fully reserves his right to change the product or refund his money. If the customer signs that he received the goods in order from the transport agency or courier, then a report of a hit after receipt is not accepted.
Right of withdrawal: The customer reserves the right to return the product(s) purchased without obligation to communicate the reason for return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product(s). In this case, the customer will be charged the cost of return.
Returns will only be accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in the exact same condition in which they were received. This means that, yes, they may have been unpacked, but their examination has been limited to the normal examination carried out in the physical store to ascertain their nature and characteristics and they are not damaged. A prerequisite for the return is the existence of the package intact and indestructible and the accessories.
Our company returns the corresponding amount indicated on the retail receipt or invoice as soon as it receives the product(s) back, using the same means of return as the one the customer originally chose for the transaction.
The right of withdrawal, which applies to distance purchases, does not apply in the case of collection from our physical store. Furthermore, it ceases to apply in cases where the customer has taken actions beyond the normal examination that would be carried out in the physical shop to ascertain their nature and characteristics, e. g. has put a washing machine into operation or installed an air conditioner. Finally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to software-based devices that have been unpacked, e. g. televisions.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform our company of his decision in writing by letter by post or e-mail within the above deadline. If the customer sends his/her declaration of withdrawal electronically, our company will send him/her a confirmation of receipt of his/her withdrawal on a fixed medium (e. g. e-mail).
In addition, the customer must send back to our company the products he wishes to return without undue delay and in any case within 5 calendar days from the day he declared to the company that he withdraws.
According to the law, the right of withdrawal excludes "goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene". An indicative example of such a case is personal care products, e. g. shaver, epilator, rechargeable toothbrush, etc.
